2025 Annual Letter

Our annual letter is the foundation's single most important document. It tells donors and partners what we did with their gifts, what we learned, and what's coming next.

2025 in summary

By pillar, in three paragraphs.

Housing

In 2025 we built on our membership in Fannie Mae's HomePath program. This access enabled us to begin purchasing and rehabilitating distressed homes — turning them into safe, affordable housing for families in need.

Education

Our partnership with JPMorgan amplified the reach and effectiveness of our work. We expanded educational programs to children overlooked by circumstance or systemic barriers, providing access to quality STEM and literacy instruction.

Research

We supported Fred's Team at the New York City Marathon, contributing essential funds to colorectal cancer research at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
